The Bryant family required a durable, functional horse barn that would allow horses to be boarded on the property while providing a convenient space for training. The project involved installing a reinforced concrete foundation, preparing grading, and constructing a custom pre-engineered barn system designed to support long-term agricultural and residential use.

Throughout the project, additional improvements and support services were completed beyond the original contractual scope to help ensure the property was fully prepared for daily horse care operations. The completed barn now provides a secure, practical environment for horse boarding, training, storage, and wash-down activities on the Wilton property.
