Cold-Formed or Red Iron?

The designer covers both systems. Cold-formed steel handles most agricultural, equestrian, shop, and storage buildings, and it is typically the more cost-effective choice at those sizes. Red iron is the answer when you need wider clear spans or heavier structural loads.
